We ship all our products from our Australian warehouse*.

Please note that these are estimated time-frames and due to extreme weather events (locally and elsewhere), COVID-19 etc. there may be delays in orders arriving.
2. When does the package ship?
Orders are processed the same day and are in transit within by next day (Monday-Friday excluding holidays). If your order is placed on a Friday, it will be in transit to you on the following Monday morning.
3. Can I make changes to my order?
No. Unfortunately, we start to process your order as soon as we receive it, and therefore cannot cancel or change your order. If you change your mind after placing your order, you may return any items that comply with our Return Policy and are unused and in saleable condition for a refund to the original form of payment within 14 days.
Please double check all personal and postage details (phone number, correct email, door number, etc ...) when completing your order. We do not take responsibility for stolen or missing packages.
4. What happens if my personal details are wrong after I place an order?
If you notice your personal details are incorrect once you have placed your order, please contact our customer service team by visiting our Contact Us page.
5. Will there be any customs or duty fees?
Our shipping will cover shipping to most countries however in certain countries, you may be responsible for customs fees and tariffs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
6. How do I pay?
Easy. You can pay with Visa, Amex, ApplePay, MasterCard or PayPal (credit card). Our prices are in Australian Dollars $AUD.
